Content rescue, when the old platform will not let go
Some builders lock your content in. Getting it out cleanly is real work, so it is priced honestly and separately rather than hidden in the headline. WordPress is usually free to move. Wix and Squarespace are not.

Will I lose my Google rankings?
This is the question everyone asks, and the honest answer has two halves. What we control, we protect. Every old address is mapped to its new home with a permanent redirect, your page titles and descriptions come across, and the new site loads far faster, which search engines reward.
What nobody can do is guarantee Google. Anyone who promises you exact rankings is selling something. What we can promise is that nothing is thrown away and no link is left broken.
Will my email stop working?
No. Your email lives on separate records from your website, and we do not touch them. This is the second most common fear and it is the easiest to answer. Your mail keeps flowing through the entire move.
Do I have to move off WordPress?
Not necessarily. If your site genuinely needs WordPress, we will say so. But most small business sites are running a heavy content system to display six pages that never change, and paying for it in speed, security updates and plugin breakages every year.
I do not know who built it or where it is hosted.
Very common, and not a problem. We can find out from your domain records. What we need from you is control of the domain, since that is the one thing that must be yours. If you have lost that too, tell us early and we will help you recover it before anything else starts.
Can you keep my current design, just fix it?
Sometimes that is the right answer and we will tell you. If the design is fine and the problem is speed, mobile or editing, a Refresh keeps the look and rebuilds underneath. If the design is the problem, keeping it would be spending money to stay where you are.
What do you need from me to start?
Your domain login, your current site login if you have one, and an hour of your attention. The 72 hours starts when we have access, not when you pay. That is the same clause as every AWE build, and it is the one thing that keeps the promise honest.
What if my site is fine and I just need it faster?
Then say so and we will look before quoting. Occasionally the fix is hosting or images, not a rebuild, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a revamp you do not need.
